Steaming cups of tea, cozy blankets, ceramic mugs and warm casseroles. It all spells winter.
I love tea. When I sit down to enjoy a perfectly steeped cup, I get the sweeping sense that I should be curled up in a wool blanket on a porch somewhere dewy and crisp.
Mar mar co is an online boutique out of London. They specialize in home styling products by independent designers around the world. We especially love these stacking ceramic jars for all things unseemly that end up tossed on the counter. Currently I am keeping my car keys in one.
Lately I’ve really enjoyed bringing casual elements into my routine – which is why I love these enamel tumblers by falcon enamelware. They are the perfect size and shape for my coffee, and double as wine tumblers for backyard bonfires and annual camping trips. Cheers dears.
Heath Ceramics are self proclaimed hunter gatherers, attracted to functional and beautiful objects that enhance the way people eat, live, and connect. They offer a tour of their Sausalito, California factory every weekend – the very same factory that they have been creating their mid century designs from since the actual mid century in 1948.
Of course this classic design by Hudson Bay is a favourite of ours. The only way to make this throw any better is to find a vintage one floating around flea markets.
This cute little birdie is a sweet thing to see first thing in the morning. They are available through www.nest.fr and are by 4th Market.
These gold rimmed cups by Minka Inhouse are a fresh way to organize a desk or dresser. Minka Inhouse was a kickstarter campaign success in chile, whose mission is to encourage domestic manufacturing and celebrate artists working in their crafts.
In the dead of winter there is nothing better than a stay in date (either with your crush or your couch). These dishes by West Elm are perfect to take straight from the oven to the table and right into the fridge for leftovers.
